Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team through the official SwitchBot website or help center with your order number and the reason for the return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Once your request is approved, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address for our electronics service center.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package your device with all original accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to us.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue an exchange within 5-7 business days.
